If you are not satisfied with the service you have received from Citywide Assessors Limited you should contact us by telephone 09 579 6031 or email complaints@citywide.co.nz, or in writing and let us know what your complaint is about. We have an internal complaints process and undertake to investigate your concerns promptly and fairly.  We may take up to 40 days to respond to your complaint.
